Why has this intervention been created?

Many young people do not participate fully in school life because of concerns about body image. This is a waste of potential.

The Dove Self-Esteem Project can help by facilitating lessons using materials developed with Discovery Education and Steven Universe / Cartoon Network.

Supports statutory Relationships Education, RSE and Health Education, particularly regarding Caring Friendships, Respectful Relationships, Online Relationships, Being Safe, Physical health and fitness.
